The final phase of Tourism Montreal's "Sorry" campaign that promoted the city's 375th celebrations to their neighbours in Toronto by apologizing for all the noise that they were making. In this phase, the concept was both an apology and an invitation, encouraging people to come, since the party was still going…and going…and going.
